NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT)

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help service providers, such as GP practices and hospitals, and commissioners, such as the ICB, understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed.  It's a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving NHS care or treatment.

Patients at Greenbank Drive Surgery may periodically be asked for their views having contacted or visited the surgery.  You might be asked online, by telephone or when you attend the surgery.
