Repeat Prescriptions

If you request a repeat prescription, you are required to retain the right hand side of your previous prescription. When you next need your repeat, tick the items you need and hand in the right hand side. . If you do not have your right hand side, you may hand in a note with the items you request on this.

Online Repeat Prescription Requests

Following a simple registration you may order online via the link at the top of this page. Please complete the online form as completely as possible. Please note only medicines that are currently on your repeat prescription form can be ordered in this way.

Telephone requests are not accepted due to any inaccuracies that could occur.

We will strive to process your repeat prescription as soon as possible, but please allow 48 hours (2 working days) before collecting your prescription.

PLEASE NOTE: When ordering your prescription you must ensure that if you require this to be collected by your chemist, you should arrange this directly with them. We do not inform your pharmacy. You will need to arrange this every time you order your repeat prescription.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
