COVID-19 PROOF OF VACCINATION:

When travelling abroad you may require proof that you have had your COVID-19 vaccination (Currently a full course is 2 doses)

Please follow the link below on how to obtain proof of vaccination:

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/demonstrating-your-covid-19-vaccination-status-when-travelling-abroad

Proof of an individual’s vaccination status will be available on the NHS app.

The NHS app can be downloaded from https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/nhs-app/id1388411277 for iPhone or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nhs.online.nhsonline for android.

Alternatively people can call the NHS helpline on 119 (from 17 May) and ask for a letter to be posted to them. This must be at least 5 days after they have completed their course of the vaccine; the letter may to take up to 5 days to reach them.

If you think you have symptoms relating to COVID19 please do not attend the surgery. Up-to-date guidance & advice can be found on the NHS111 website here.

All Patient access to the practice is initially via telephone triage or e-consult, which can be accessed through our website. The Doctor will then decide on what action needs to be taken.

If needed the Doctors now have access to video consultations if they feel this is required during telephone triage.

The Practice Nurses are still doing routine baby immunisations and 6-8 week baby checks can be carried out at the same time.

Advice for parents if you're concerned about your child during this time can be found below
