With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain access to the information you need. You will find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Making an Appointment

If you need medical advice or treatment, please ring us on  0151 733 5703 - our opening hours are 8am-6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Face-to-face appointments are available to all patients if there is a clinical need, but you should call us first or complete an eConsult form on this website.

Telephone Triage

The Practice is currently operating a telephone triage system. This means you will be asked to provide some brief information about your healthcare need over the phone with a member of our team. This will help us to assess the most appropriate way to provide your care, which could include an online, video, telephone or face-to-face consultation. If you have a preference, please just let the practice team know.


For routine or non-urgent issues, you can also contact us online at any time by filling out the form below. We will respond to you as soon as possible, usually within two working days.

Visiting the Surgery

For when we feel that you need to come in to the practice for a face-to-face appointment, we have a range of COVID-19 safety measures in place, including regular cleaning of all patient areas and social distancing. You will also be asked to ensure you wear a face covering to your appointment. If you have a disability or condition which means you cannot wear a face covering or cannot communicate with someone else who is wearing a face mask, or if you require any other adjustments before your appointment, please let us know.

Evenings & Weekends

If you need urgent help or advice, particularly during the evenings and weekends when our practice is closed, please contact NHS 111. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at or by dialling 111. NHS 111 us staffed by fully trained advisors and clinicians who can provide over the phone advice and can arrange face to face appointments with an out of hours GP, at a local walk-in centre, or hospital A&E Department if required.

If you think you have symptoms relating to COVID19 please visit NHS111 website for up to date guidance and do not attend the practice. 

The Practice Nurses are still doing routine baby immunisations and 6-8 week baby checks can be carried out at the same time.

Making the best of living with a health condition
Being active is one of the best things you can do, even if you’re healthy. But it’s especially useful if you’re living with a health condition. Being active can help give you more energy, make you sleep better and feel less stressed as well as help manage symptoms and protect your health. There are simple tricks you can use to build activity into your daily routine. “Even just a bit of hoovering counts as activity in my book,” says Ron. Ron is from Liverpool and in his 70s. He has a condition that inflames his airways, but he’s not one to give in. You might think, “I’m not fit enough” or “I don’t have time”. But almost anyone can become more active and it is safe for most conditions. Ron takes a simple and safe approach. He says, “Start easy and do what works for you.” He recommends “taking a 10 minute walk each day. Or just get off the bus a stop early.” There are so many ways to be active including gardening, chair based activities and gentle stretches. Pick any type of activity that appeals to you. Listen to your body and mind, and you’ll soon find the activity you enjoy. Led by Liverpool City Council, the Fit for Me campaign aims to inspire the people of Liverpool to become more active.

Local Services



There are parking facilities and a ramp to allow access by wheelchair to the premises. Disabled patients are able to telephone the practice from outside on arrival if they require any assistance in accessing the building or its services.

The practice is served by bus routes 74, 75, 80, 86.
