We are a small and friendly surgery with four GP's and a GP Registrar working at the practice. In addition to the doctors, we have two practice nurses and a Health Care Assistant who can help with minor ailments and prescribe and refer as appropriate.

Nursing team
We also have a nursing team which is made up of 1 practice nurse and a health care assistant. They are here to deal with a whole range of appointments including annual reviews of long-term health conditions, diagnostic procedures, and contraceptive care.

General Medical Services (GMS) contract
The practice team deliver a full range of clinical services under our General Medical Services (GMS) contract with NHS England.
Training practice status
We are an approved training practice; our Senior Partner Dr Topping is a GP trainer and Dr O'Connor and Dr Beagrie are both Foundation Trainers. There will usually be GP trainees in practice with at least 2 years hospital experience and foundation doctors with at least 1 year hospital experience - consultations will be supervised by one of the Doctors.
We also provide training for medical students at the practice. On occasions there may be a video recording made of patients' consultations. However, no recording will be made without the patients' written consent, no intimate examinations will be recorded, and the camera will be switched off on request. We would be grateful if you would assist us in the training of tomorrow's doctors.
